Since 2010, Alejandro Leal has been dedicated to providing holistic financial strategies for business owners, individuals, and families, helping them protect their assets and achieve long-term financial objectives. Having built his own business from the ground up in New York City, he relocated to Miami in 2015, where he continues to guide clients in wealth creation, asset conservation, and tax-optimized risk management solutions.
With a strong commitment to ongoing education, Alejandro has developed expertise in estate planning, business succession planning, family governance, retirement planning, and gifting strategies. His work places a particular focus on transnational planning strategies and solutions.
Before transitioning into the financial services industry, Alejandro earned Law Degrees from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB) in Caracas, Venezuela, and Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua (UNAM). He spent over 12 years as a Legal Adviser in both the private and public sectors across Latin America. From 2002 to 2007, he served as Advisor to the Presidency of the Republic of Nicaragua, where he played a key role as National Prosecutor for Financial Affairs in the Attorney General’s Office.
When he’s not working, Alejandro enjoys spending time with his wife, Clarisa, and their son, Alejandro Ernesto, whose youth baseball and jiu-jitsu journey he follows very closely.
